"Reverend Donald Jerome Brownlee is a Baptist Preacher from Chicago, Illinois. He attended Farragut High School. He accepted his calling into the ministry in September 1981. He received his license to preach from Holy Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Chicago Illinois in May 1983 by the late Rev. Horace Thompson, Pastor. He was ordained in August 1983 at Mt Ebenezer Missionary Baptist, Chicago, Illinois by Pastor Ezzie B. Jackson, his grandfather. He attended Chicago Baptist Institute from 1983 until 1985. He served as Pastor of the St. James Missionary Baptist Church, Chicago Illinois from 1993 until 1996. Rev. Brownlee has conducted revivals in several states and hundreds of souls have been added to the Kingdom through the sharing of the gospel of Jesus Christ. He organized the Midwest Mass Choir who ministered through song throughout Chicago land area as well as in Gary Indiana. He became a member of Greater St John Missionary Baptist in Dayton Ohio under the leadership of Pastor Lloyd D. Hayes in 2001, where he still remains a member. He worked with the associate ministers of Greater St. John along with being active in the visitation and outreach ministry. He preached in ministers rotation, taught the youth Sunday School class 1and midday Bible class. Rev. Brownlee retired from Honda of America after 20 years of service. He is the husband of 1 wife. He and Lady Faye recently celebrated 40 years of marriage. They have been blessed to be the loving parents of 2 beautiful children and 9 grandchildren. Rev. Brownlee became the proud pastor of the Little Rock Missionary Baptist Church Dayton, Ohio on the 2nd Sunday in January 2015 where he currently serves as Pastor. Rev. Brownlee currently holds the following positions, Program Chairman for the Dayton Pastors and Ministers Union, Late Night Chairman for The Ohio Baptist General State Convention, and President of the Congress of Christian Education for the Western Union District Association. He is enrolled at Zion Hill Baptist Theological Institute & Seminary where he is pursuing his degree.
